The idea of stranger can rule strangers is what I truly found in the movie.
The story was saying about an aristocrat man captured by Indian tribe. He was gradually adapting to accept the rite and culture of the native Indian. The name Horse was given, he was a big man and he had eventually become the tribe's leader.
It manifests that accepting others and being accepted are the way to harmonize and make things better. A man as a captured stranger was accepted and understood and even given chance to rule the tribe.
No matter what you are, you can go with difference!!!
